1. Gorilla and Chimpanzee Permits: Gorilla and Chimpanzee permits are subject to availability and must be booked as early as possible to secure a trekking slot. These permits are non-refundable once purchased.
2. Countries Included: Our tours visit countries such as Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, DRC, and Malawi. Please ensure you have the necessary visas and travel documentation for each destination. For DRC, the company helps you arrange for your visa.
3. Accommodation: Accommodation is booked in advance and may vary depending on availability. Refunds for accommodations will vary based on the policies of the service providers.
4. Payment: Payment for the tour is required at 30% at the time of booking. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.
5. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made by the client may result in a partial or full refund, depending on the timing of the cancellation and the policies of the service providers. Please review our cancellation policy for more information.
6. Health and Safety: It is the responsibility of the tourist to ensure they are in good health and able to participate in the activities included in the tour. Please consult with a healthcare provider before traveling to ensure you are fit for the trip.
